Do I must need to be a competitive programmer for becoming a software developer?

Competitive Programming is too helpful for becoming software engineers. But it's not like everyone have to do it to be a software developer. As human beings, we need to get some pleasures or happiness in doing something. Competitive programmers finds this pleasure by doing good at a contest or in solving and submitting a problem with no termination. But most of the programmers can't be in top 10 obviously. And this is a the great dissatisfaction in most of the cases. For that they don't interested anymore in coding. Get depressed and leave programming forever. But he might get interested in software development if he write codes to make things that matters or does a simple job easier. Its just implementing codes, whether it is on contest or software development. In fact One can find competitive programming so much boring(like me). It gives me so less pleasure according to writing code for my own software or app. It's much pleasant for me to code for my apps rather than just testing it whether it is ok or not. We should make it boring and shouldn't force someone into contest. Competition is the main problem in this generation. High level coders and CEOs didn't attend a single contests. For example Mark Juckerburg's facebook, in which we are busy all the time๐Ÿ˜‚ says, his motive to code is just to make new things or to solve a real problem through code, not to compile it again and again to get in a shape for acceptance of the great online judge sirji. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Enjoy coding. Make developers independent on their job. Don't not make it compulsory for them.
